Tyler Moser
Every home has a handful of moments that make you slow down and take notice. An angle, a time of day, the shape of light filling a room, something that stirs an emotion or a memory. My job is to find them.
I photograph and film homes across the San Francisco Bay Area, from estates in the hills of Marin to the finest flats in Pacific Heights. I shoot the stills and the film myself, in the same visit, and I finish every frame by hand. The quality never changes because the person behind it never does.
I began in 2023, and the craft took over fast. Walking into a home, finding its best angles, helping an agent tell the story behind the listing. I fell in love with all of it. Before the camera I spent thirteen years building support teams and operations for Bay Area startups, and it shows in how I work: on time, prepared, and quiet on set. A polished experience for you, and for your sellers.
LKT is Luma, Kaia and Tyler. My two daughters and me. The name is a reminder of why the work has to be done properly, every time.
